I'm a psychologist, social entrepreneur, volunteer and mum to three children. I'm straight talking and love reading about psychology at work. I'm a strong believer that work is important to our sense of well being and I'm very much of the view that the only person which is responsible for our happiness/success is ourselves. I get irritated by negative people who criticise and do nothing constructive. Whilst I love talking about ideas and dreaming, I know and see more value in action. There are a lot of talkers in this world - not many do-ers. I'm definitely in the do-ing camp and am still making plenty of mistakes along the way; but learning along the way which I love.
